Over the past 2 years, I have guided meditations in college lectures, virtual and in-person groups, and individual lessons. In Lessons, you will learn how to use meditation and mindfulness as a powerful tool to improve your life. You’ll learn to establish a meditation practice through various meditation approaches, like mindful breathing, body scanning, deep listening, mental noting, open awareness, and loving-kindness. You and I will use mindfulness concepts and meditation practice to enhance your well-being & mental health.

In Lessons, you and I will craft your own unique meditation skill set based on what aspects of your mental health you want to focus most on. Clients develop skills to manage their emotions and reactivity, strengthen concentration and increase attention span, grow compassion for oneself and others, and learn coping skills to manage one’s mood/depression, anxiety/stress, and mental health generally.

Group (2+ people) or Individual Lessons, via Zoom or Facetime.

About Me

Tracing back to my childhood I have struggled with depression, social anxiety, and hyperactivity/inattention. Learning mindfulness and practicing meditation for the last 5 years has provided me with skills to manage my emotions, establish self-compassion, elevate my concentration, and more than I can count. My mission is to help people improve their lives through these practices, like it has for me.

In the spring of 2022, I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of New York at New Paltz. Directly after graduation, I was hired by Mental Health Association in Ulster County as a Residential Coordinator. I help clients with mental health conditions and addiction gain independence, reach their goals, and establish skills to cope with their symptoms.
